Your rights as a data subject

  • Access — download a copy of all data we hold about you, from your account.
  • Rectification — edit any personal data directly in the dashboard.
  • Erasure — delete your account and all associated data, with a 30-day reversal window.
  • Portability — export in JSON or CSV.
  • Objection — opt out of any non-essential processing, including marketing.

Data Processing Agreement

A1 TechFlow acts as a processor when handling your customers' data. A signed DPA is available to any paid customer on request — email dpo@a1techflow.com.

Sub-processors

We use a short list of sub-processors. The current list is published at a1techflow.com/sub-processors and you'll receive at least 30 days' notice of any changes.
